When will I receive my order?
Once payment is received it takes us about 5-7 business days to package your order and be ready for delivery. The shipment will reach you within 2-3 weeks.
Which shipping companies do we work with?
We ship our orders to India & Worldwide using FedEx, DHL, or DTDC whichever is faster.
How can I track my order?
We will send a tracking number to your mail once your order is despatched from our warehouse. You can track your order directly from the shipping company’s official website.
Do you do custom orders?
We do accept custom metal orders. All you need to do is contact us on hello@oliveandgray.in and provide us with some information about the design you’d like and the dimensions of that design.
Do custom orders take time?
Custom orders do takes time, but we usually despatch it within a week.
Do you accept color customization?
All of our designs are powder coated with a black matte finish but if you message us about the color option you would like. We can customize it according to your specifications. But please note color customization is charged extra.
I wanted to order a design but it is out of stock?
We are trying to keep our designs stocked all the time but rarely we can go out of stock on some designs. If that happens please wait for a few days or contact us on hello@oliveandgray.in, so we can speed things up.
What all payment methods are used on our Site?
Our buyers can choose from the following payment options: PayPal, Payu, Paytm and Razorpay.
Can i have an extra discount if i order in bulk?
